A quick guide to booking Green Cab rides on Mobile22

Welcome to an all-new Green Cab booking experience!

In case you missed the announcement, we've partnered with Mobile22 to deliver a revamped booking experience on your phone and your computer. Mobile22 connects riders and taxi providers together in an integrated platform. You can read about our partnership here.

Starting today, we're switching our riders over to Mobile22's mobile and web apps so that they can book rides faster and easier. Please keep in mind that this means the Ride Green Cab Madison iOS and Android apps will no longer be able to service your ride requests.

Here's how you can book your next Green Cab as a current iOS user, Android user, Web user, or by phone:

iOS Users

1. Uninstall the 'Ride Green Cab Madison' app on your iPhone.

2. Install the Mobile22 app from the App Store.

3. Register on the app and book your rides!

Android Users

The Mobile22 mobile app is only available on iOS right now. Until then, Android users can book their rides with Mobile22's mobile-responsive web app:

1. Uninstall the 'Ride Green Cab Madison' app on your Android device.

2. Go to Mobile22's Web Portal.

3. Register on the portal and book your rides!

Web Users

1. Go to Mobile22's Web Portal.

2. Register on the portal and book your rides!

No changes here! Just call us at 608-255-1234, like always, to book your next Green Cab ride.
